Prepaying Classes & Workshops by Check
Once your payment is received, you will receive information about where to meet for the outdoor plein air class. Please follow these steps to reserve your space in any of the sessions listed below:
- Print out this page (one per student)
- Fill in the blanks -- select dates & calculate totals
- Enclose this form & your check (payable to "Stephen Sanfilippo") in a stamped envelope
- Mail three or more days before first session to: "Stephen Sanfilippo" (PO Box 1101, Alamo CA 94507-7101)
- Retain a copy of this form for your records & print out the class description
PLEASE NOTE: If you're mailing a check less than three days from your first session date, you may want to consider paying with PayPal or credit card to guarantee your space. Sorry, no refunds for cancellations made less than 1 week prior to class.
